Description

Prior to FPBX 2.10, after an install a default logger.conf file was created. I'm not sure if the logger.conf was created by asterisk make samples and then freepbx installer moved it to logger_logfiles_custom.conf or if FreePBX created it's own sample logger_logfiles_custom.conf.

All I know is that logger_logfiles_custom.conf is empty as are logger.conf, logger_general_additional.conf, logger_logfiles_additional.conf.

So there is no logger.conf at all which creates constant text on the console and who knows what else. I've never had to deal with manually creating logger.conf before.

  • status changed from new to closed.
  • resolution set to fixed.

logger.conf is generated by FreePBX Core. The custom files are created on the Distro at install time but this was missing on the latest Distro release. I just fixed it in the kickstart and it should be working now.
