Error starting session of the phpmyadmin

During the installation of FreePBX by doing the following:

"Nano 231 / etc / httpd / conf / httpd.conf
Change User apache and Group apache to User asterisk and Group asterisk. "

has stopped working the phpmyadmin. How It Works to phpmyadmin to User asterisk and Group asterisk?.
